I started this blog, because I needed an outlet to life, and to document things about Kai's life for him. For one day.
Between 7 and 4 I am a employee. Work has been pretty hectic and stressful.
I am a mommy, and after work I go home and be just that.
Once Kai is down to sleep, I am a wife for an hour or two before I go to bed.
Where was I? I felt like I had gotten a bit lost in all the chaos a family with a child brought on. We had been married for 7 years before we fell pregnant (by choice), and it has been a HUGE adjustment. (Don't misunderstand me I love being all the things I listed above). I just have so little time for my normal Mani's pedi's hair appointments and girly lunches. I get to spend so little time with Kai as it is, being a working mommy, and always feel horrible when I end up doing things for myself, when I could be spending time with him or with Klaus if Kai is with his Granny.
So this little piece of the web, is where I can pour my heart out. Document the good the bad and the ugly. Maybe meet a couple of new friends.
It gives me an opportunity to look back and see the fun things I do actually get to do, when life feels like its spiralling out of control. I have not been blogging for very long, but I really do love it.
Besides being a book worm, I also LOVE reading blogs, getting inspired by ideas on the internet, seeing how pretty other people's homes are and wanting to make mine pretty too.
SO that is it.
